Self-Serve Farm Stand

Picture

Our self-serve farm stand is open every day and is located in what used to be the farm's creamery. We do our best to keep the freezers stocked with a good selection of sausage, bacon, whole chickens, and the best selling pork cuts.  Around certain holidays we sneak a little lamb into the stand (almost all Hogwash lamb gets allocated into the farm CSA shares).

Our larger flock of laying hens is keeping a cooler well stocked with free range, soy free, organic eggs!

If you are interested in more unusual cuts or would like a larger quantity of meat, email  the farm to arrange pickup.
Or, you may be interested in a CSA Share.

Beef
Hogwash Farm no longer owns beef animals, but continues to sell beef when possible by purchasing healthy, delicious, grass fed animals from local partner farms.

Live Animals

Picture
We try to breed all the pork we need on the farm, so we have sows and boars at all times.  We currently have no registered animals, but our boar is a purebred Tamworth.  Our previous boar was a registered Large Black and his genetics are still very prevalent on the farm.  We do sell feeder piglets, but in an effort to increase animal and farmer well being we decreased our sow herd in 2020.  We won't sell something that isn't on the ground yet, but if we have it and don't need it ourselves, it's for sale.  We don't advertise feeder piglets, so if you're looking for some you'll have to get in touch!

Our Jacobs are all bred on farm.  We usually have a ram, although not always, and we only keep the best of our ewe lambs from each year to contribute the future of the flock.  We do our best to uphold breed standards, but finding new genetics in this breed can be tough!

If you're looking for unregistered Jacob breeding stock, our flock is small, but we might be able to help you out.  Email to find out more!
