The Full CSA Share offers about 20 lbs of meat per month for three, six, or twelve months.
Each month, we will pack up your CSA share and you will come to our Norwich, Vermont farmstand to pick it up. Shares are pre-assembled and will include approximately half ground/sausage and half higher-end cuts such as roasts and chops, in frozen “cryovac” packages. The meats included in the share reflect what is available on the farm at that particular month.
